Biography
Dr. Annette Stevko is a Chiropracctic Sports Physican and FMCSA Medical examiner, ans has enjoyed helping people thru Chiropractic care for over 40 years working with Olympic Swimmers, Ice Skaters, Boxers and Golfers, and continues to do so seeing private pay patients and thru providing quality DOT Physicals. In 2020 Dr. Annette and her husband Tim Frary started the DOT exam Center, providing professional efficient DOT Physicals in our office an On-site at locations. Her NRCME # is 3990473806.
