Biography
Melissa McCoy is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and FMCSA Certified Medical Examiner with nearly a decade of clinical experience. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 2016 and has served the Barberton area throughout her career.
In 2021, Melissa purchased and rebranded Harmony Healthworksโan established occupational health clinic that had operated in the same location for over 20 yearsโinto People Check, a full-service occupational health practice. Since then, she and her team have proudly built a reputation for fast, professional, and friendly care, earning over 1,000 five-star Google reviews.
Melissa has been performing DOT physicals since 2021 and understands the importance of keeping drivers safe, compliant, and on the road. She and her knowledgeable office staff are committed to delivering efficient, respectful service to commercial drivers and employers alike.
