Stephanie Welch is a Certified Medical Examiner listed in the FMCSA National Registry. She has an extensive background in Occupational Medicine. Stephanie has been doing DOT exams for over 8 years and enjoys working with drivers and motor carriers. She is currently running an introductory rate of 100 dollars. DOT Physicals are by appointment only to ensure there is no waiting. You will not be exposed to sick people like in a busy urgent care waiting room. Exams are usually completed within 30 minutes. Flexible hours on the weekend and evenings available to accommodate your schedule. The office is conveniently located off 77 at exit 28. Availability for onsite DOT exams for employers as well.
