Biography
Dr. Joseph Paun, a South Holland, IL native, excelled in both academics and athletics from a young age. After graduating from Thornwood High School, he pursued Chemistry and Kinesiology at the University of Illinois, earning multiple honors upon his 2003 graduation with a Bachelor of Science.
Dr. Paun continued his education at the National University of Health Sciences, obtaining his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in just three years. He furthered his expertise with a Master’s in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in 2007.
A former wrestler and marathon runner, Dr. Paun’s passion for health and wellness is evident in his practice. With over a decade of experience in DOT physicals, he is dedicated to providing high-quality care and promoting healthier lifestyles within the community.
