Biography
Dr. Cox, DC is a Certified Medical Examiner in the National Registry and has performed DOT/CDL Physical Examinations for many years. Dr. Cox is the designated medical examiner for several companies in the Manteca area and just recently completed Advanced Medical Examiner training.Dr. Cox was one of the first to take and pass the Certified Medical Examiners test putting him ahead of the curve to provide top notch care and examinations.
In 1996, Dr. Cox opened a practice in Manteca, Ca. and built a thriving referral practice. Drivers are doing the same thing referring other drivers. Dr. Cox has maintained his commercial license and applied for membership in the California Truckers Association.
The Certified Medical Handbook emphasizes having an extensive knowledge of what the commercial drivers physical and emotional stresses are, and the requirements on a daily basis to perform the duties of a commercial driver. How better to understand, than to have grown up in a trucking family, Driven a commercial vehicle 65 feet plus making deliveries in downtown San Francisco. Owning a Lumber Hauling Business outside of Denver Colorado and driving on snow covered Highways. Managing a 300,000 square foot Distribution Center for North American Van Lines.
