Biography

Shihab Haddad, DC, National Registry Certified Medical Examiner has been in practice since 2002 in Lancaster, California and has performed thousands of DOT Physical Exams and CDL/DMV Physicals for commercial drivers. Dr. Haddad graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 2001 receiving the Doctor of Chiropractic Degree and Certification as X-Ray Supervisor and Operator. Dr. Haddad serves as a National Registry Certified Medical Examiner with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration in the capacity of performing DOT (Department of Transportation) physicals to school bus, ambulance, truck drivers, license class A, B, C, etc. He is an Accredited Certified DOT Urine Collector for Drug Testing. He performs DOT Physical Exams for numerous non-certified medical doctors/clinics/urgent care clinics, small and large companies, truck driving schools, city, state and government entities/workers, school districts, self employed truck drivers, police/fire department, military, delivery companies and motor carriers in Lancaster, California and surrounding areas.
